Unless the reason for the return is that the wrong item was sent or the packaging is defective. <br\/><br\/>\u27a4When returning the goods, the Online Store will refund the cost of the returned product to the buyer immediately, but no later than 14 days after the day on which the Online Store becomes aware of the buyer&#8217;s decision to return the product.<br\/><br\/><a
