Return

➤ After receiving the order, the goods can be returned within 14 days.

➤ If you wish to return an item, please send an email to info.tellimus@gmail.com with the order number, your name, the name of the item, and the reason no later than 14 days after receiving the item.

➤ Returned goods must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

➤ Goods cannot be returned if the Online Store cannot detect that the packaging has not been opened or the goods have not been used (e.g. the product does not have foil/film around the cap)

➤The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. Unless the reason for the return is that the wrong item was sent or the packaging is defective.

➤When returning the goods, the Online Store will refund the cost of the returned product to the buyer immediately, but no later than 14 days after the day on which the Online Store becomes aware of the buyer’s decision to return the product.
